St. Eustace Club Days
General Opening Hours
The St. Eustace Club is open for the enjoyment of our members every week, Thursday through Saturday from noon until midnight. Members are invited to make use of the grounds, the Great Hall, and the Smoking Terrace at any time during this period. The Library and Baron's Chamber, housed in the historic tower, are open from 2 p.m.-9 p.m., except by special arrangement. Although not required, the proprietors would be most grateful if Members could contact the Hon. Secretary in advance of a visit using the form below.
Dining During Club Days
Dining for supper is available through our host property, Buittle Castle, to members on Club Days from a menu offering traditional British, Austrian, and Indian selections. Members may view the current menu by clicking here. Dining is available to members at a preferential rate.
Dress in the Great Hall during club days is Jacket and Tie for gentlemen, and the appropriate equivalent for ladies. Members who wish to take supper informally may do so in the Morning Room.
Dining must be reserved not less than forty-eight hours in advance through the Hon. Secretary,
who can be reached either by email or telephone.
Club Table Dinners
In addition to ordinary dining on Club Days, the Club also hosts a bi-monthly Club Table Dinner. Each of these is seasonally appropriate, and limited in number to fourteen places (16 at a stretch).
Club Table Dinners bear a different dress code: Gentlemen are requested to wear Dinner Jacket (or equivalent military/national dress). By established custom, a smoking jacket with appropriate evening trousers/trews may also be worn by gentlemen. Ladies are requested to wear a dress of corresponding formality.
